gestern gab es kurze Unregelmäßigkeiten in der Erreichbarkeit unserer Software. So kam es dazu:
Um einen möglichst störungsfreien Zugriff auf unsere Softwaresysteme zu gewährleisten, haben wir über die letzten Jahre eine Vielzahl an Maßnahmen vorgenommen. Ein großes Thema ist die Abwehr von DDOS-Angriffen: Angriffsversuche, die rein darauf abzielen, den Zugriff für die normalen Anwender zu stören.
Gestern gab es genau in diesem Bereich einen Fehler. Es wurden „normale” Zugriffe als Angriffsversuche erkannt und geblockt. Wir arbeiten zusammen mit unseren Partnern an einer Verbesserung der Abwehrsysteme, um sogenannte „false positive”-Blockaden dieser Art zukünftig zu verhindern.

Yesterday there were brief irregularities in the accessibility of our software. This is how it came about:
In order to ensure that access to our software systems is as trouble-free as possible, we have implemented a number of measures over the last few years. One major issue is the defense against DDOS attacks: Attack attempts that are purely aimed at disrupting access for normal users.
Yesterday there was an error in precisely this area. „Normal“ accesses were recognized as attempted attacks and blocked. We are working with our partners to improve the defense systems in order to prevent so-called „false positive“ blocks of this kind in the future.

Die Außenanbindung an das Rechenzentrum ist sporadisch gestört. Wir arbeiten in engem Austausch mit unseren Partnern an einer Lösung.
