Wartung Storage-Systeme
Die in der Nacht durchgeführte Wartung der Storage-Systeme konnte nicht vollständig abgeschlossen werden, der Zugriff auf Objektbilder und Aktivitätendateien ist daher aktuell nicht möglich. Es sind keine Dateien verloren gegangen, durch die noch laufende Migration des Storage-Systems ist der Zugriff aber aktuell nicht möglich (zeitliche Aussagen des Anbieters zur Dauer der Migration wurden deutlich überschritten).
Wir haben enterprise und die API in einem Notmodus freigegeben, damit Termine, Adressdaten und E-Mails eingesehen werden können. Aktuell nicht möglich sind:
- Zugriff auf Objektbilder / Aktivitäten-Dateien
- Generierung von PDF-Exposés
- Portalexporte
Wir sind in Abstimmung mit dem Storage-Anbieter, um die Arbeiten so schnell wie möglich abzuschließen und den Zugriff auf alle Systeme wieder freizugeben.
ACHTUNG:
- Prozesse, die Schritte mit Dateien wie z. B. Exposés beinhalten oder Übertragungen anstoßen, werden in diesem Zeitraum nicht korrekt ausgeführt.
- Auf onOffice Websites kommt es aktuell zu Darstellungsproblemen bei Grafiken.

The maintenance of the storage systems carried out during the night could not be fully completed, so access to object images and activity files is currently not possible. No files were lost, but access is currently not possible due to the ongoing migration of the storage system (time statements by the provider on the duration of the migration were significantly exceeded).
We released enterprise and the API in an emergency mode so that appointments, address data and emails can be viewed. Currently not possible:
- Access to object images / activities files
- Generation of PDF exposés
- Portal exports
We are in coordination with the storage provider to complete the work as soon as possible and to release access to all systems again.
ATTENTION:
- Processes that involve steps with files such as brochures or that initiate transfers will not execute correctly during this period.
- There are currently display problems with graphics on onOffice websites.

La manutenzione dei sistemi di archiviazione effettuata durante la notte non ha potuto essere completata, pertanto l’accesso alle immagini degli immobili e ai file delle attività non è attualmente possibile. Non sono stati persi file, ma l’accesso non è attualmente possibile a causa della migrazione in corso del sistema di archiviazione (i tempi dichiarati dal fornitore sulla durata della migrazione sono stati notevolmente superati).
Abbiamo sbloccato comunque enterprise e l’API in modalità di emergenza, in modo da poter visualizzare gli appuntamenti, i dati degli indirizzi e le e-mail. Attualmente non è possibile:
- Accesso alle immagini degli immobili / file di attività
- Generazione di brochure in PDF
- Esportazioni sul portale
Siamo in coordinamento costante con il fornitore di servizi di archiviazione per completare il lavoro il prima possibile e sbloccare nuovamente l’accesso a tutte le funzionalità.
ATTENZIONE:
- I processi che prevedono passaggi con file come le brochure o che avviano trasferimenti non verranno eseguiti correttamente durante questo periodo.
- Attualmente ci sono problemi di visualizzazione della parte grafica dei siti web di onOffice.
